Revolution part 2
By Bruce Smith and Priya Sridhar
Rupert Thorne kept his office dark at night. He hadn’t run into any trouble with the law in years, but the Bat’s shadow always loomed over Gotham. Rupert was many things, but he didn’t want to hear a cape swishing. One of his therapists had mentioned it was reasonable to fear someone like Batman, or any of the birds in his family.
His first crushed a newspaper. The headline showed the news about Anarky, another lunatic going around in a mask. The half-pint couldn’t be older than fifteen, but he was inciting riots like a pro.
“It’s absurd,” he complained to his men. “At this rate there will be more vigilantes than normal citizens. Shouldn’t they tax the costume shops?”
“The police will get the Anarky one, boss,” one of them assured him. “The Bat’s focusing on Anarky, and when Bats is on your case . . .”
“Even so!” Rupe

Oh, dear...Another batch I see?
This will be very, VERY fun for me~
You see, I'm not your average Electronic Animation,
Nor am I one, at that!
I'm simply a Puppet to you, a Marionette, really...
But, do you truly know my story?
I'm a demon, a devil!
A MASTER of disguise!
And my claws could easily RIP out your eyes!
But I simply wish to wait.
it's really too late.
After all, why should I hurry right now?
Welcome to a nightmare in your head!
Say hello to the monsters in your bed!
hello to you, and stay for a while.
because soon, you will see why I have this smile!~
forgive my little puppets,
and forgive my tragic puns.
No one really notices which
For I hated my life, an I hated these things,
until one day,
The day I decided to pull the strings!
I am the one to fear, the one you need to stop!
But really, my little ones make this task a hard one,
For most o
Theban Royalty - My VersionOnce, the city of Thebes (often nicknamed "The Big Olive") was ruled by King Laius, who was selfish and overbearing and had a poor relationship with his much younger wife Jocasta. When she became pregnant with his child, he consulted the Oracle of Delphi to find out if the child would be a son strong enough to carry on his legacy. To his horror, he recieved a prophecy that the son would kill him and marry Jocasta, his own mother. As soon as the boy was born, ignoring Jocasta's pleas, Laius had his ankles pierced and tethered together, preventing him from crawling, and ordered a servant, Crathis, to leave him on a mountain to die. But Crathis instead felt pity for the baby, removed the rope and secretly took him to King Polybus and Queen Merope, the childless rulers of Corinth, who gladly raised him as their own. They named him Oedipus ("swollen foot"), due to the scars that remained on his feet. He enjoyed a stable upbringing, and grew up to be both clever and a formidable fighter.
How X-Men Apocalypse could've been betterHow X-Men: Apocalypse could’ve been better:
As with X-Men Origins: Wolverine, this film would be broken into two parts.
Part 1 follows the real film up until the X-Men are captured by Stryker, but with Apocalypse being unaware of the Professor’s power. With his four horsemen (Storm, Psylocke, Archangel, and Magneto) by his side, Apocalypse begins a war that ends up with him conquering the world, while the X-Men are captured by Colonel Stryker. The professor laments on how his friend was so eager to join a monster like Apocalypse and whether or not the earth can be saved.
While this goes on, Jean (along with Scott and Kurt) discovers ‘Weapon X’ and brings him to the professor, who is able to restore some of his memories (notably of his work with the professor in 1973 and his name ‘Logan’) up to a certain point.
Logan and the X-Men escape and go into hiding so as to prepare for the Age of Apocalypse
Part 2 shows the X-Men fighting again
Mortals Who Became Gods - Myths ReimaginedActaeon - God of deer. Once a young mortal huntsman, he accidentally stumbled upon the goddess Artemis bathing and saw her naked. She turned him into a stag to live in her care - a relatively lenient penalty, since his offense had not been intentional. Her sacred hind, Cerynitis, saved him from his own hunting dogs shortly afterwards. Later, Eris stole one of Cupid's arrows and used it to make Artemis fall in love with Actaeon. With support from both Aphrodite and her twin brother Apollo, Artemis begged Zeus to grant Actaeon immortality. He did so, and Actaeon became an antlered god and Artemis' beloved, helping her to protect animals from overzealous hunting. He also frequently reassumes his stag form to run alongside Cerynitis.
Ariadne - Goddess of recovery. Born as the daughter of the infamous tyrant King Minos of Crete, she took pity on her half-brother Asterion, the Minotaur, during his imprisonment and starvation at her father's hands. She secretly taught him to speak, and told h
How X-Men Origins: Wolverine could've been betterHow ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ could’ve been better:
First of all, the film should be split into two parts.
The first part would begin very much the same as the real film, but would expand the time that Logan spent with Team X.
The team would be as follows:
• Colonel William Stryker
• Victor Creed/Sabertooth
• Wade Wilson/Deadpool
• Agent Zero
• John Wraith/Kestral
• Fred Dukes/Blob (before he became Blob)
• Chris Bradley/Maverick
The villainous force would not be given a name, but is implied to be HYDRA.
Note: X-Men Origins: Wolverine came out before the Marvel Cinematic Universe was officially formed and the video game tie-in for X-Men: the Official Game confirms that HYDRA exists here.
The 'HYDRA' agents encountered would be as follows:
• Omega Red
• Epsilon Red
• Lady Deathstrike
• Silver Samurai (the one in The Wolverine is Silver Samurai by name only)
